I need to bulk up and I need to bulk up fast. I've dropped a couple more pounds since my last post about my weight problem. I'm at 148 lbs now. I'm 5'11 and 17 years old. I need to bulk up and work out. My eating habit now is very poor and I need to improve it as soon as possible.

I've read the stickes and have read many articles, but I still haven't come up to what I need to eat. I also have no idea on what weight gainers to get and what to use and whatnot. If someone could post a brief summary of what they eat and how much along with what time, it would be mcuh appreciated. Also include the supplements you use and what have you. I'm assuming the time you workout during your diet matters, so make sure to include what time would be best to work out during that time.

I'm sorry for asking for so much help, but I'm really getting worried about myself and I need help extremely fast. I'm thinking asking for help from people that have experience is the best way to get help.

Also, a few questions I have:

1. If I follow a diet someone posts, could I eat at random times or would I have to stick with the diet for it to work?

2. Does junk food help one bulk up?

Junk food is bad stay away from it.
Eat every 2-3 hours.

Alright first I'm going to find your maitence calories roughly for your body.
15*148=2200 Calories.
Your going to bulk so add 500 calories to that.
2700 calories to bulk

From the corner of the gym where the BIG men train, Through a cloud of chalk and the midst of pain Where the big iron rides high and threatens lives, Where the noise is made with big forty-fives, A deep voice bellowed as he wrapped his knees, A very big man with legs like trees. Laughing as he snatched another plate from the stack Chalking his hands and monstrous back, said, "Boy, stop lying and don't say you've forgotten, The trouble with you is you ain't been SQUATTIN'." — DALE CLARK, 1983

Don't follow someone else's diet. They could be 100 pounds heavier than you for all you know. I recommend you slowly increase your calories every week and amount of meals you eat per day. Add a lot of oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, brown rice, or other starchy carbohydrates to your diet. Also, make sure you're getting a good amount of protein with these meals from sources such as egg whites, whey protein, fish, lean beef, or chicken.

Both Flex and Logan are right. Use the BMR to break down how much you need to take in at you 6 - 7 meals, and make those meals up of what Flex suggests. Bulking clean is the best way to bulk.
Of course a cheat meal once a week is good too! :)

'Bulking clean' means real food. Why waste your grocery money on chips and pop? No nutritional value in junk food. Eat often, eat what your grandma would tell you - eat your veggies, eat meat, eggs, milk, oatmeal.
Remember "never hungry, never full".
