i remember it being good, but nothing spectacular...my most recent run was an Energised Xpand, i put on and kept 4-5 pounds and a reasonable ammount of strength, but that **** tasted ****ing terrible.
I think that it your training is sound and your diet is on, almost any creatine, taken properly will work the first run...though i"ve heard some people noticing diminishing returns. I don't run creatine constantly like some here do, as I can't afford it and instead use it to break plateaus...
