I dont know your body but i know that after a weekend of drinking, it takes about a week for my body and energy to recover and hit the level it was before i drank. So basically, I look at it as a week gone down the drain. It makes the long road ahead of me even longer. Something i cant afford. So im even more strict about not drinking now.
If youre lifting intensely youre gonna notice the drawbacks a lot more. It doesnt make me a happy man thats for sure.
Why would you want to set yourself back week after week?? You cant be a serious bodybuilder and maintain a regular drinking habit in my opinion.
Maybe my body is just that much more sensitive to that shit.
