Is optimum nutriton the best protein out there? It has 24 grams of protein epr serving but other proteins have 30 to 50 per serving so aren't they better? Maybe its the quality of the protein i don't know but can you please help me understand why it is so popular and other protein powders have way more dosage of protein.

Check the size of the serving, no way a protein powder has 50g per generic 28 gram scoop.

Dude, a gram of proteins weights...extactly a gram!
So anything with 50 grams of protein in it weights ATLEAST 50 gram

Huh? A scoop of Optimum is about 29 grams, of that it contains 24 g protein?

Im saying, the other brand had probably labeled a larger serving size.

I wasn't talking to you Hdogg

I know your right, the only way a serving of a another brand can have 50 grams of protein in it, it must have a bigger serving size.

I was because I thought he could have figured that out himself, since it's impossible to put 50 grams of protein in a 29 gram serving, since it has to weight ATLEAST 50 gram by definition of the word gram.
