8:30 a.m 1 multi, 1 scoop whey
12:00- 5 grams creatine
2:00- 1 scoop whey with oatmeal
3:30- 2 scoops
no-xplode
4:30- post workout, 75 grams dextrose,5 grams creatine,5 grams glutamine, 1.5 scoops whey
10:30- 2 scoops
casein
only taking 15 grams of creatine to load for 7 days, including the no-xplode that shud be around 20 grams, then maintenance of 5 grams in the morn and 5 grams post workout shake
