Accuracy and precision are two different things. What it is talking about is precision not accuracy (it will give you the same reading regularly, accuracy will give you the actual value).
I've got one of those scales, but couldn't get a refund because I bought it off ebay. I was unimpressed when I step on and get a reading of 22% BF when I'm 10% less than that! I really wonder what they are measuring.
