whats the difference between brown rice, and say wild or white rice?

i know brown has a lower gi than whit rice, its also whole grain, fiber baby

brown rice still has the bran intact..bran is the good source for fiber...brown rice has more than 3x the fiber than regular white rice. also, bran is what contains all the nutrients

brown rice from pf changs is very good, makes the brown rice i make at home a lot harder to eat
