Tilapia

A typical 100 g (4 oz) fillet will contain about 141 mg of omega 3 fatty acids before cooking and 225 mg after cooking. Tilapia also has the lowest mercury levels in all fish, and is reported to be one of the safest for consumption.

and if you can't find Tilapia, try to get Orange Roughy.

sardines have 23g of protein per 100g. not the best tasting for most but if you make it right it's tasty

salmon hasn't got as much protein as tuna and sardines...also it's a good source of omega 6 and 9, as well as just omega 3

tilapia, mackerel and tuna... the three best fish in terms of protein. im a lucky person coz here in the philippines, there's an abundant supply of tilapia here. a fresh water tilapia. it's more delicious than salt water tilapia.
