I'm currently on my cutting diet and these are my list of supplements:
Multi-vitiamin
Salmon Oil
Milk Thistle
Supercharge!
PureCEE
some type of nitric oxide
ON's Whey Protien

My question is am I overkilling on the supps? I know that creatine tends to hold water weight but CEE seems not to hold as much. Would these list of supps. hender my cutting goals?

Started at 183.5 20% bf
Week later: 180 19% bf

Thanks guys.

It doesn't seem like your overdoing the supps unless your taking more than the daily recommeneded dose

Yea I am drinking around two gallons of water a day. Hydration is not a problem. I was just making sure none of these supps. would cancel each other out or affect my cutting.

Drop the Creatine CEE, monohydrate is better.

I recommend Prolab Creatine Monohydrate.
