well, you should be eating egg whites primarily, not all eggs.

Cottage cheese (bleh!)
Oatmeal with egg whites mixed in (surprisingly not too revolting)
All other reccommended proteins, chicken, tuna, fish, beef...
Ezekial bread and some protein...
Shake with some oats in it...

Regular breakfast food is almost out the window once you get really serious, unless it's a cheat meal. Most of my cheat meals are breakfast.

Good luck man, and yes it's normal for your parents to harrass you about your new eating habits, my mom was disgusted that I'd eat tuna for breakfast...

how much cottage cheese you want is dependant on how much protein you need...check the side of the container for the specific info.

I love the oats and Chocolate whey with milk...a little vanilla and natty pb if i'm bulking...

what is a good pre work out meal that i can eat like 10 min before i work out. it is hard when you have to work in school. the only time that i would be able to eat before my work outs is when i am changing.

simple carbs?

like mindstar said, whey protein with some dextrose, gatorade in powder form is made with dextrose so that would be your best option for a pre-workout meal in your situation, you can find it anywhere, stores like BJ's which sell in bulk r the best to find it, very cheap and it comes with 137 servings each serving providing 13 grams of simple carbs

Do you blend it all together or cook the oats seperately?

Try veggie hotdogs

The spicy ones are the best if you can find them

they have like 11 grams of protein per sausauge and barely any fat or carbs.

16 oz milk, 1 cup oats, 2 scoops whey protein, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 scoops of peanut butter.

lots of carbs + protein. the olive oil is a good fat.
