Ate a lot of cereal
Noodles
Sugars
Carbs

What should i eat to regain my strength

Im back on to protein now

you probably ate way too many carbs with a high glycemix index causing your body to have a surge of energy and then completely come crashing down within an hour and if you ate for a whole day like that you most likely feel like crap, just go back to eating clean, brown rice,oatmeal,whole grain bread, sweet potatos those are the carbs you should stick to during mealtimes, except post workout when you should ingest high GI carbs such as dextrose,maltodrextrin,sugar,white bread,white potatos. cheating once in awhile in the off season isn't bad, just don't binge, and don't do it on a normal basis

Thats what i figured

Im back to eating clean.
