for the most part weight gainers are junk, they're high in saturated fat,sugar, only use whey protein and have practically no fiber in them. You want to look for a weight gainer that uses complex carbohydrates, a blend of protein(whey,casein,egg),low in saturated fat meaning the rest of the fats come from good sources,and at least 4 grams of fiber per serving. Theres no such thing as a bad weight gainer, theres just low quality weight gainers
