I am currently using Cell Tech creatine by Muscle Tech and I was wondering if there was anything else i could do to maximize my work outs. I have been on Creatine for the past 3 months. the first 2 months i was taking Creatineburst by GNC and then bumped it up to the Cell Tech. How long should i be on it and will my body become immune to it? Also is there any eating tips that you would recomend? If there is anything you guys can advise that would be great thanks.

I have also put on 13 lbs so far with it.

good work dude. youve deffinatly come to the right website to learn more about bodybuilding or just working out in general. its hard to just come up with a plan out of the blue however. post some more information about your diet and all so we can better advise you on how to improve.

regardless, you should check out the stickeys on the nutrition page, i think they're called nutrition 101 and grocery list. those two threads have a lot of info which could answer many of you questions before you post them. good luck

oh and to answer your creatine question. you should quit taking it after the bottle is empty. this is known as cycling, once youve stayed off of it for a couple weeks then you can get back on it. i could be mistaken but, the thing with creatine is once your body reaches a certain point you end up pissing it all out. so it turns out to be a waste of money to be on it for too long.

I work out monday threw friday around 11:20-12:10 at school and then i down my creatine right after. (i come back to school if i don't finish my full work out and go to lunch. i normally eat a salad lots of fruit and what ever kind of meat they are scrapping off the road and occasionally have a one twix bar and drink 2 cartons of milk.

i am starting a routine of eating 4-5 eggs in the morning for the protien and drink orange juice and milk with that.

for dinner i normally eat pasta or roast or whatever the mom made for dinner.

i don't drink pop but i do drink beer so that probally doesn't help. I am not ripped but am pretty solid in major areas. just short a somewhat stocky. I am benching 210 and squatting 345 at the age of 17.

Mon & Thursday - Squat, Bench, incline and decline bench, straigh leg deadlift, flies, biceps, triceps, quad machine, and forarms, calves

Tues & Friday - military press, power clean, rear and front deltoids, traps, lat pull downs, pull ups

Wed - Plyometrics, speed work, and deadlift

also on Mon, Wed, and Fri i work abs. yet i still can't get rid of my gut. its not that big but still there. any tips?

I have 5 sets of: 10, 8, 6, 5, 3 reps.

Ok i would suggest Optimum nutritions CGT10 its an awesoem creatin glutemine taurine supplement. if u want more stack it with NO2. The creatine NO2 stack is classic and works great to give insane pumps bro!

OK CGT10 is a greatine supplement with gutemine(helps muscle regeneration) and taurine(energy supplement)

When u combine creatine which volumizes muscles through water, and NO2 volumizes through blood, it dialates your veins som u will have a prepetual pump.

These two supplements will cause really good growth with good trsining diet and rest.

ya i was going to stop using the Cell Tech after this container runs out. i have about 20 more servings left. but damn it has helped alot.

does anyone have any ideas that could help me put on another 12 lbs of muscle by summer?

as long as you don't mind being soft...you can probably put that much on, but the elusive 12 pounds of muscle with no fat gain so I can score chicks on the beach is harder, and some would say impossible to attain naturally.

BBing usually happens in two steps...

Bulking - where you attempt to put on weight of which some will be fat. This is accomplished through Diet.

Cutting- where you look to lose fat to see your muscles. This is also accomplished through diet (and cardio).

The nice thing is, that when you cut properly, you actually look bigger, even though you're smaller (unless you're really small). Messed up eh?

Good bulkers tend to last a few months while a good (muscle sparing) cutter lasts 12-16 weeks for most pros. This shit takes planning and accurate goal assesment. Think about what you want to end up looking like and figure out how to get there. You can still get laid this summer if you're soft, you just might have to get a personality to compensate for your lack of abs . I reccomend being funny and huge...then the summer after, when you're shredded and huge you can stop being funny and just lay back as the ladies flock to you.
