l-arginine and vitamin c

i was wondering how much of l-arginine and vitamin c i should be taking? both are in pill form; the vitamin c is 500 mg per pill, and the l-arginine 1000 mg per pill.
Also when exactly should i be taking both of them?
Any help is appreciated.

i take 3 grams of vitamin C a day but thats robably alot for someone who hasnt built up to it. I would suggest anywhere between 1.5-2.5 grams a day depending on bodyweight bro, if your piss is the color of nuclear waste its to much at one time LOL!

um for the time frame, take a gram when u wake up 2 pills, then .5grams post training, and .5grams before bed bro.

I wouldnt know about the argenine sorry bro not something i take alone, always take it in NO2 powders, so i dont have any advice their.

Vit C is something thats very important tho your smart for taking it.

I would take 500 iu of vitamin to just be safe and 2 grams of Arginine

thats part of the problem i have, im not really sure what i should or can take with it, i am currently taking vitamin c, multi-vitamin. glutamine, whey (obviously), zma and glucosamine.

3g/day of Vit C is good. If you feel like your gonna catch a cold, raise it up to 6g/day.

l-arginine is for the most part useless when taken by itself. Stack it with an amino acid complex.
