i take 3 grams of vitamin C a day but thats robably alot for someone who hasnt built up to it. I would suggest anywhere between 1.5-2.5 grams a day depending on bodyweight bro, if your piss is the color of nuclear waste its to much at one time LOL!
um for the time frame, take a gram when u wake up 2 pills, then .5grams post training, and .5grams before bed bro.
I wouldnt know about the argenine sorry bro not something i take alone, always take it in NO2 powders, so i dont have any advice their.
Vit C is something thats very important tho your smart for taking it.
