Anyone else used this before/heard of it? I just bought it from them, I'm hoping it will work.

Do not take that stuff...before you go any further, no ammount of stimulants will help you lose weight as much as a solid diet will. Post your diet and workout schedule and we'll help you drop some weight. It should be time of day and what you're eating for a full day. Look through the nutrition sections for some help. And don't take that diuretic, they are for a specific purpose and can be dangerous for the layman.

If there was a magic pill, you wouldn't hear people bitching so much about how much the BBing diet sucks :)

Are you planning on competing? If not you shouldn't even be thinking about purchasing this product.

the water loss would be very short-term, and make you really weak while you're dehydrated. Unless you're competing in a few weeks, try losing bodyfat and training harder. Any weight loss from water is NOT weight you want to lose unless you're peaking for a show.
