Do you take your BCAA after meal immediately or during empty stomach? 20 years ago, bodybuilder said amino acid should take with empty stomach, what about today ?

empty stomach or when dieting, As soon as you wake up take ECA stack wait 10-15 min and take bcaa's to thwart catabolism of muscle tissue during cardio. Night and day difference. Other than that especially during workouts or any activity where you are active just mix a little lemon juice or flavor of choice and 5 g's of bcaa's in your bottle. These are very important amino acids for muscle synthesis thus muy importante to have on hand during exercise.

actually that is only partially correct. Branch chains are critical to combat catabolism=save the muscle from wasting away=keep and gain
