yea i weighed myself in the morning.
i don't know how to increase my caloric intake...i don't know what else to eat lol...usually, in any given day, i have 1 cup of oatmeal, 7 egg whites, a peanut butter sandwhich, an apple and a banana, glutamine at breakfast and post workout, 2 chicken breasts, some cottage chese, 2 protien drinks, a bowl of cereal, 2 multi vitamin and 2 flaxseed pills, and my
serious mass suppliment shake. and some days maybe i will throw in a can of soup.
that's of course not in the order i eat, but thats what i eat each day. i also somedays eat some cooked broccoli.
i don't know what else to eat =/.
