Should I Bulk? Should I bulk even though my bodyfat % is 20%.? Or should I go on a cutt up diet?

Even when bulking the ideal scenario is to never get over 12%. Anything over that (even during a bulking phase) and your body tends to lose its ability to utilize all of the nutrients it is being fed. I am not saying it is pointless but if you want the best bulk possible then you should maintain your bf% in the 10%-12% range. Your body is just soooooooo much more efficient in that range...

even though Im %20 bodyfat I dont look fat. Maybe its because Im tall a little over 6 foot. I get comments On the way my body looks everyday. People say I look bulky or solid. I weigh 200lbs. But I need more definiton.

What would happen if I ate pretty high CaLs but did more Cardio? Currently I do not really do any Cardio. Sould I do Cardio on an empty stomach in the morning and doing Cardo after lifting Weights.Would I gain some definition?

Pretty much what I want to do is get more Definition but I still want to gain muscle. maybe it is not possible to do both at the same time but I just dont know?

it is possible to shed a little bit of fat and keep gaining muscle, but never to the extreme. If i were you, keep your diet the same but make sure its clean foods. Then, just walk 4-5 days per week for about 45-60 minutes and you should shed a little bit of fat. Personally I think its good to do 2-3 days of moderate cardio (walking) and then do one high intensity day for about 15-20 minutes.

Diesel; has the right idea. If you aren't currently doing any cardio then it will probably be the kick start your body needs to shed some of that excess BF. Just keep an eye on how much you are doing and if it is affecting your muscular and stregnth gains in the gym.
