Simply, Jay is sponsored by Muscle-Tech to promote products like
Nitro-Tech. Sponsorship includes him endorsing those kinds of products and say he uses them and they're the best because they pay him to. It's very hard for bodybuilders to make enough money to support themselves from just contest prize money, so a lot them either work for supplement companies promoting their products or have other outside business ventures. Muscle-Tech is probably very happy with having Jay on their team because he's ranked as the second best bodybuilder in the world so they're willing to pay him a decent amount of money to say things like "Nitro-Tech is more anabolic than drinking liquid var!"
So we're not saying their products are a scam by any means, we're just saying they aren't 4x better than regular proteins and they spend way too much time and money invested in advertising which, in turn, creates higher prices for us the consumers.
