I've been working out for about 2 years, basically 1.5 years seriously working out. My diet is pretty clean, but i want to go further now and start using some supplements. I bought some stuff to start off with, which includes; whey protein powder, dextrose/maltodextrin carb powder,
zma, multivitamin and l-glutamine. I want to know if this is a good start, and if i should add or take anything away from this. I've bulked from 90 lbs 2 years ago to about 150 lbs now, and i want to start cutting up now, im still pretty lean i just want to get rid of the extra bodyfat im carrying.
Any help is really appreciated.
