I've been working out for about 2 years, basically 1.5 years seriously working out. My diet is pretty clean, but i want to go further now and start using some supplements. I bought some stuff to start off with, which includes; whey protein powder, dextrose/maltodextrin carb powder, zma, multivitamin and l-glutamine. I want to know if this is a good start, and if i should add or take anything away from this. I've bulked from 90 lbs 2 years ago to about 150 lbs now, and i want to start cutting up now, im still pretty lean i just want to get rid of the extra bodyfat im carrying.

Any help is really appreciated.

You have hit the basics. The only others things I can think of are creatine and EFA's.

You say you want to get rid of the extra fat you carry, but you're stille pretty lean. In that case, it might be a bit "mental". So if you start using a proper dose of creatin on a daily basis, keep in mind that it holds back on some water in your body. Not much, but it can be noticeable. However, when you "come off" creatin, it only takes a day or two before the "bloat" get's off. Ok ok, it's not deca or anything but speaking from a supplementation point of view, then it does suck in some water and hold it.

If you want to cut some more fat consider using some synthetic caffeine. Since caffeine is a diuretic it promotes "dehydration". Dehydration is a strong word, but it will enhance your urine output and thereby helping you more.

That's just me 5 cents. Your choices so far are good and wise, but creatine would be a good addition once you have a period of heavier lifting and then synthetic caffeine once you want to focus on cutting down.

WOO! I love it when dead threads come alive. Like the Frampton album, except replace "Frampton" with Dead threads.
