Are they the best ones i can get?

Green bulge - probably a waste of money. I've been hearing a lot of good things about kre aklalyn. as far as which brand i really can't say, im gona give this stuff a shot though

Animal Pak - personally I think animal pak is overrated. Yea i know its more than a multi blah blah blah but I just went to GNC and picked up Mega Men Sport and the only stuff it doesn't have that animal does is the performance enhancers. Mega Men Sport as a lot of stuff for athletes but also general heatlth. its a lot cheaper than animal pak. if i remember right i payed 25 for 108 pills and i only have to take two per day. then you have animal pak thats like 11 pills and they are pretty much horse pills

ZMA - never tried this product. I hear a lot of good about it so I say give it a shot

ON 100% Whey - personaly I think ON's whey is the best brand out there. It's cheap and the serving to protein ratio is pretty good.

You are completely off on Green Bulge. It is one of the better creatines on the market. Unless you tried Green Bulge I would not knock it. Controlled Labs puts out good products unlike some of the advertised junk on the market.

I complelely agree with you here on animal pak, who's formulas for boosting things like "performancing enhancing" hormones are in no way proven to work. My only suggestion would get GNC's regular Mega Men which is cheaper than the sport and the only difference is it doesn't have the small amount of amino acids that the sport version does. As someone who worked at a GNC... ...they still charge too much for the everything, but in relation to Animal Pak and especially in relation to the over-the-counter brands like Centrum, you're much better off with the Mega Man.

I agree. Too many supplement companies. It is hard keeping up.
