There are so many supplments out there, and i have no idea what to take, my protien is Pufect whey, it has 29g of Pro in it. and its good, i like it, but now i wanna start taking Creatine or at least somthing like it. i hurd no-explode is good but there is just so much shit out there!

im 6'3" 251lbs, i have around 27-30% body fat, and should i cut down first or just bulkup?
