cut...and work on your bulking diet. if you can get your bulking diet right your body fat wont exceed 17-18%. as far as creatine a lot of people will tell you cellmass or all this brand name stuff. I think its best to take pure creatine monohydrate...

get your diet in order first and the supplements next...no supplement will make up for a bad diet and a good diet will take you places you never thought possible.

look through the nutrition section and post your own diet for some help.

Good luck bro.

No-Xplode is an NO supplement (obviously you can tell from the name)..it basically increases the blood flow into your muscles and more nutrients will be transported into your muscle which will lead to muscle pumps.

If you're a BSN fan..go with Cell mass for the creatine. it has creatine monohydrate and different types of creatine in there..I think Creatine Ethyl Ester in there too..

Make sure you eat a balanced diet as well..I usually eat 6 meals a day including my protein shake..

GOOD LUCK! I worked out for only a year too..SOO we have something in common!!

27-30% for men is considered overweight I believe..

do cardio 3-4 times a week (in the morning with an empty stomach is best) try burning at least 600 calories a session!

eat clean!

Some say Creatine Mono works better, but most like myself agree Creatine Ethyl Ester is much better. No bloating water weight with it

cardio on an empty stomach is a no no. I think its best to eat first because you starve your body when you sleep then u do cardio and u could loose muscle.
