guys ..i face a hard problem,, since i started bb from 3 yrs i eat termendous amounts of food every day,,(my family joke that i will eat them oneday!) i really eat alot of food and in very short intervals nearly 2 hours or somedays i eat full meal every 1 hour!! that makes problems if i go to my faculity where i get my food with me .. the people there r looking to u if u r from another planet!!(in 11 am i eat rice chicken....) what to do to face that two problems !-peoples look to u 2-convince my ma that i really need that huge amount s of foods (also im nt taking supplements)!

I would suggest only eating every 2.5 to 3 hours instead of every 1-2 hours. Also, get yourself a good protein shake (there are many good threads in this section about shakes) and use that too along with or between your meals so you're getting proper nurishment without having to eat so often. Because of the situation you described, I'm under the impression that you're bulking and not cutting so getting a box of protein bars wouldn't be too bad either as long as it's not a really ****ty one. Once again, you can just use the search button and look for threads talking about which protein bars are the best; or look around and see what options you would have and list them and I as well as others would be glad to inform you which one to take.

Like I was implying earlier, it's great that you're relying on whole foods to meet your nutritional requirements and you should continue to do that mostly, but supplement your diet with, well, supplements. You'll find it a lot easier to get your required protein and caloric requirements by making up a couple shakes a day to go along with all the whole food you're devouring. Hope that helps, and don't be afraid to ask if you have any further questions on the subject

PS: Don't be suprised if this thread dissapears and ends up in the diet nutrition section. It'll still be around, but my guess is that it'll end up moved to there.

Lineski makes some good points. Primarily base your intake around solid foods. Eating every hour is too much, you will be piling on more than just muscle this way.
