Muscle-Tech's ideology is that Thermogain is a thermogenic product that allows you to gain mass while dieting (ie. good for the off-season) while Thermoshred is supposed to be ideal for cutting up and contest prep. As someone who worked at a supplement store for a while, I was privee to trying free samples of pretty much every supplement that came out. While Thermoshred is noticably more powerful as a thermogenic, it also caused me to break out in hives and have trouble breathing (possible allergic reaction). My co-worker took it and got sick. After these instances we started calling it "Thermo-rash" and "Thermo-chunks" lol

Honestly, a lot of people on here give any supplement other than protein a bad-rap, especially if it's Muscle-Tech product. Honestly, research the formulas and decide whether or not these are right for you. If you chose to go with one, I'd suggest you buy from a place that will allow you to return it because not all people respond to specific thermogenics. Take care, and sorry for hijacking

That's not true. Creatine, Glutamine, BCAA's, HMB, Glucosamine, and many other supplements work great!

I think you misunderstood me, bro! I'm a big fan of supplements, I was just stating it seems to be a tendency of a lot of guys on the board to just shoot down some products without giving them a try. I completely agree with you and the ones you posted!
