i just started using this weight gainer and i was wondering how long should i use it for.
And if its a good gainer.

Toooo much sugar and carbs!Go with Beverly International's Ultra Size or their Mass Maker.You should be able to make solid gains by using both these Beverly protein powders!

ur wieght gainer looks great and GNC company is da leader in supplies after weider nutrition.. keep using it till u finish da pack then use another pack after 2 weeks or month from finishing da 1st one.

Weight gainers are handy for getting your calorie intake up. And yes, they are primarily made of fast digesting sugary carbs so they aren't an ideal source if the alternative is a solid food meal. However to supplement your calorie intake I see no harm. I do the same thing myself. There is no set cycle for it, just keep using it till you've put on the weight you were looking for and are looking to cut!

way too much sugar and total carbs! 400 grams of carbs!? I would say look for something in the range of...50g protien, 100g carbs, less than 20g sugar...and a good amino profile. The whole seving size shouldnt need to be more than 200g or so. Use milk if you want to up the calories, if you're still having trouble, ask and I'll give you some more ideas. good luck!

agree... see it as extra and not as a meal because if youre using it as a meal it a waste off money
