How the hell are you supposed to get so much protein. Thats like eating a can of tuna each meals for 8 meals... Do you really need that much protein to gain muscle?

It's an interesting debate as to how much you need, but by no means impossible - hence why protein shakes are used so much. If you have 2 - 3 shakes a day, 1 or 2 portions of meat or fish per day and drink milk and then maybe some cottage cheese before bed, it soon makes up the numbers. Remember, you want to be eating 6 - 7 times a day anyway so it's spread out so as not to have to gorge in a couple of meals! And if you are thinking along the lines of tuna - read Fahad's 1001 things to do with tuna to at least make it more interesting! :)

yeah the basic theory is that a person should consume 1.5g per lb of bodyweight so if your 156lbs like me then ideally you should be consuming 234g per day

280 grams a day? That's nothing.

35 x 8 = 8 Meals a day, 2-3 hours a part, 35 grams of protein per meal.

Theres your protein.

Remember that these meals are relatively small. Your biggest meal of the day should be your breakfast, your most important meal of the day would be post-workout, and also before bed.

I would even say 1.5-2.0g/lb of BW. I went from 1.5 to 2, dropped carbs accordingly for total cal not to change and I lost plenty of BF. Look at they 2 guys that intake high protein.

They are eggs people take the yellow part or yolk out of.

Lets say you do consume 300g's of protein a day and your 200lbs, does all the protein get used by your body? If not, does the protein get stored as fat, or does it pass out of your body (shit it out)?

Crapping protein out is a myth I used to believe myself. If your body cant use the protein, then it will convert it to glucose. However, it takes more chemical steps than anything else which requires energy, so you might actually burn fat in the process. If you consume 300g THROUGHOUT the day, your body will utitlize it.
