Revone NPC Lightweight Join Date: Feb 2006 Age: 22 Posts: 56 Rep Power: 0	Opti-Men, AST 32X (My personal fav), Animal Pak (If you can afford it, make sure you drink atleast 2 times as much water as usual if your using this.) You can also just go get a Potency 3 multivitamin from the local drug store, take1-2 of those a day and that's really all you need. As long as you are taking one.

It's pretty much everything. Vitamins, minerals, AA's, Digestive Enzymes, Performance Enhancers, a bunch of crap most of which you probably don't need.
