Hes right tho when your really horny then your test is very high. So instead of whacking it u should go lift. This isnt a joke. Youll be stronger.
Yes their are many ways to increase natural test, doing negatives for leg workouts will increase your test levels, so will doing negatives for every other body part, 3 or 6 second ones. Then training 2 bodyparts a day Example Chest and tris will elevate test more than chest alone. Keeping training sessions between 45 minutes to an hour will increase test also, but most importantly your diet and sleep should be on pont. Sleep a good 8-89 hours nightly, and heres a skeleton for a diet
