i understand testrone levels result in better strength ..stamina hence resulting in better gains ...pls correct me if im wrong

now is it possible to increase the bodys testostrone levels naturally ?...like following some kind of diet or something ? ..pls feel free to laugh if this is the dumbest question uv ever heard

our own body are producing testosteron normally. our testo rise when we are training or lifting by using force. with the help of supplements we can raise our testo level above normal. many steroids can do it raising 3 times higher than our body is producing. so many athletes is using it. i dont know if theres also food that can raise our testo. i only know synthetic ones.

Big BIG compound exercises (i.e. squat and deadlift) apparently can help increase the body's production of growth hormaone when done very intensely.

yeah i agree with rocky..... squats make the body produce more testostrone.

Hes right tho when your really horny then your test is very high. So instead of whacking it u should go lift. This isnt a joke. Youll be stronger.


Yes their are many ways to increase natural test, doing negatives for leg workouts will increase your test levels, so will doing negatives for every other body part, 3 or 6 second ones. Then training 2 bodyparts a day Example Chest and tris will elevate test more than chest alone. Keeping training sessions between 45 minutes to an hour will increase test also, but most importantly your diet and sleep should be on pont. Sleep a good 8-89 hours nightly, and heres a skeleton for a diet

Trying to gain weight before summer help!!!

Read the eighth post its my suggestions for dieting and training and stuff all will aid in raising natural test levels.

1500mg trib and 30mg zinc on a night before bed but 2 hrs away from food, that`ll increase your test levels...

Test levels will revert back to normal levels.

The body will always try and keep itself in homeostasis so cycling supplements and training methods is the best way of increasing natural test output.

i remember reading a good way to increase testosterone naturally is to get real mad and star fighting a puching bag. I don't know if you guys have been in a real fight or some type of dramtic experience but you know when your heart is racing. that's the feeling you want and go after a punching bag and you don't have to worry they don't hit back.

I've read quite a few times that tribulus will make you horny, but it raise bound test, so it won't improve gains.
Compound lifts, like Rocky said, release natural GH and IGF. Lots of small meals keep you anabolic, since the steady supply of protein keeps your body in a state of building. Really long cardio sessions release a lot of cortisol, so do a bunch of really intense sprints instead. You'll still get the VO2 Max benefits, save time, and boost metabolism
