ON 100% whey any good?

ok i heard alot about this product on the site and thought i'd give it a try...any reviews or feedback if the product is good or what?

I like it. Reasonable price, tastes pretty good, and mixes well. My only complaint is that it tends to get "flakey" if you don't drink it fast enough or let it sit for awhile. It also dries your lips out a bit but that's not a big thing either. Personally I'm a fan.

I love this stuff.. Breaks down great in water and decent in milk. Extremely well priced. Different flavors for different people. It has enough variety where i haven't gotten bored in 6 months consistantly taking in three times daily. Optimium Nutrition makes a great pure whey.

definately one of the best proteins on the market, cheap, affordable, and great quality, the cookies and cream is amazing, wouldn't buy any other protein

When you guys say its the best whey, do you mean its the best for the money? If so, other then buying from bulk i agree. But theres much better whey out there. I mean, WPC is listed as first ingredient on ONs 100%whey, and i don't consider that to be the best source. Depending when your using it, WPI would be the best for anytime, and hydrolyzed Whey would be best for PWO. But since im soo cheap, i use WPC anyways and suffer greatly cuz of it, but all well.

yes it does!! see the pictur, its does claim on the label that it has BCAA's in each shake

Any real whey protein is going to contain BCAA's. It just depends on how much it contains. Optimum contains more than any other whey protein i've seen. Champion Nutrition is another one of my favorites which is arguably a better tasting whey protein.

i finished my champion nutrition protein and im not going to try this one and see how this works compared to the other one.
