Hi, got the reflex instant mass, just checked instructions and it says I should take 5 measures per 400ml of water/milk....

5 measures means 5 scoops? If so, that means I'll be taking 10-15 scoops per day and the tub will last me about two weeks if I'm lucky! Some help please lol...

thats how mass tech was. ****en **** went down soooo fast and it didnt do ****. i hate to admit but i was a consumer whore before but i have no learned my lesson
