My meal and supplements: tell me if u think anything is to much, little, move this, do that, etc. i currently weigh 217 @ 5'8 around 10- 12 bf% trying to bulk to 225 w/o gaining excessive bf. i'm at the limit in which im comfortable with. thinking mabe i should start a cut to clean up then bulk again. Is that crazy? should i disregard my bf to a point and just bulk or clean up and give it another go. would like to compete but probably won't untill next year.

training days
4:30 dorian yates pro peptide mbf : 550/84/42 creatine mono and glutimine
5:00 superpump250 : ( /animal pack
5:30 train
7:00 2scoops of 100% whey, 50g of malto 50g dextr/ creatine mono glutimine
i used to do 3scoops but thought it was a little much
9:00 10 egg whites 1cup of oats 20oz h20 flaxseed, vitamin C 1000mg,
bcaa caps, msm, glucosmin chondriton
11:00 40-50g of protien 20-40g of carbs veggies
1:00 same as above -veggies no supplements
3:00 same w/ same supplements from 9:00 meal
5:00 same as 11:00
7:00 protien shake same supplements except flax (often miss this meal all
together)
9:00 cottage cheese no carbs unless i have another pro peptide mbf instead of
cottage cheese

around 350+ protien/ 225+ carbs
all meals are either chicken, turkey, lean beef, tuna, or salmon carbs are brown rice, whole grain wheat bread, potatoes, oats, or sweet potatoes. non training days are excatly the same except creatine and glutimine is taken upon waking and b4 bed.....I know i should eat within and hour of my pwo shake but my schedule doesnt allow it. thx guys in advanced for ur help

350g of protein is good buuutt I think you need more carbs. depending on metabolism a lot of people i know of get around 4000 calores. so 350g of protein is 1400 calores. 225g of carbs is 1000 calories. so, unless you have plans of getting in 180g of fat there won't be enough calores there for you. 1g of protein is 4 calories, as is 1g of carbohydrates. 1g of fat is 9 calories. work with these numbers to best fit your needs. some people would say 300g of protein, 550g of carbs and 50g of fat or so. or, like me when bulking, protein is 450g, carbs 420g and 60g or so of fat. it just depends what your body responds best to.

just experiment and find out what works best...if you find yourself gaining too much weight too fast, then back off on the carbs a little or fat. i think gaining a pound a week is a good standard. always weigh yourself on an empty stomach, i always hear of people saying they weigh themselves at night or sometime during the day and they wonder why their weight fluctuates so much.

EDIT: don't worry about gaining that weight since you were sick, thats pretty much normal

I agree with Diesel! When experimetning with carb intake though, make it a slow increase or decrease until you get the quantity right!

good point...its good to increase your intake by 200 calories every 5-7 days, otherwise your body will just crap it out or store it as fat

Up your carbs, don't be afraid to have some carbs at night, people shy away from carbs as if it is a bad thing. Have a quarter cup of rice or a baked potato.

I agree BTW Whole food is KING for puting on size get as much whole food in place of supplement shakes as u can, at least when your trying top put on size, but besides carbs your protein intake looks great your type of protein(ex liqiud or solid food) and timing seems to be right on.

Godbless bro
