Honestly, there's a lot of nay-sayers around here on the subject of NO2 and whether they think it's garbage or not. If you do decide to take it because you like the results you're seeing, I think you're taking the right amount for your weight. I mean they say bodybuilders over 200lbs should take 5 caplets twice a day and those under take 4 twice a day. It's up to you, if you feel you're getting noticable results with 6 total/day then keep at that, raising dosages on supplements doesn't necessarily mean amplified results.
That's my $.02, I'm sure you'll get some responses on why people think it's worthless but it's really on you. Really though, you're a little young yet and 90% of your diet and supplementation should come from whole foods at this stage in order to build a strong, solid, natural foundation. Best wishes. |
