Alright here's my shot at a diet. First I'll give you my stats and goals, then I'll list the eating schedule.

Height : 5'7"
Weight : 160
Age : 18 (Turn 19 March 16th)
Goals : Bulk up my upper body, while decreasing the size of my legs and buttocks.

6:30 - Wake up and shower.
7:00 - 1 cup of dry oatmeal, banana, 2 scoops whey protein.
9:00 - English muffin w/ egg and cheese, Hashbrown, milk.
10:35 - Tuna sandwiches, cup of macaroni and cheese.
2:15 - Either oatmeal/tuna/chicken/cottage cheese
3:00 - Gym
4:45 - PWO protein shake.
6:00 - Whatever is for dinner.
8:00 - 5 eggs (2 yolk) scrambled on wheat bread.
11:00 - Bed

I know I'm only getting 7 hours of sleep, but I have a busy schedule and it's the best I can do. From 10:35 - 2:15 I know is longer then 3 hours, but I'm not allowed to eat at school during those hours, unless I sneak it in.

I was also on planning to run 3 times a week. I just quit smoking so I'm gonna start off with a small amount of time, and work my way up.

Negative feedback is always welcome. Thanks. :)

ok overall it isnt a bad diet. some changes may be necessary however. in the morning you may want to cut out the muffin w/ cheese and all that, i hope that isnt from mcdonalds. substitute whole wheat bread or bagel for the english muffin. also macaroni and cheese can be kind or fattening add some nuts in your lunch to provide you with more protein and healthy fats.

in your preworkout meal you want a good source or slow digesting carbohydrates and protien for energy later on. post workout you should have some quick digesting carbs and protein to jumpstart recovery. just remember that 'whatever is for dinner' doesnt have to be kfc, or something your mom buys, just make a grilled chicken sandwich if its something you dont need to eat.

i hope when you say that your goal to decrease the size of your legs that doesnt mean you will neglect them all together. they still need to be worked as hard as any other part. besides adding lean muscle to them will help burn additional calories which could lead to decreased body fat percentage. there are several benefits to working your legs, besides once you get your upperbody where you like it and you decrease the size of your legs what will you be left with? CHICKEN LEGS.. thats worse than having cankles. imo.

check out the stickeys on the nutrition page.... good stuff
pm me if you have any more questions. good luck

I agree with pretty much everything U-God mentioned.

Lose the cottage cheese pre workout.
