not really...just be carefull w/ fat burnes. sometimes they can mess around w/ your blood pressure and stuff. other than that, drink green tea. at first it doesnt taste that great but it acts as a thermogenic and if you look at almost any fat burner on the market it contains some green tea extract. there are many benefits that green tea provides b/c it has so many anti-oxidents, so its good to always have a few cups per day...bulking or cutting
