I'm using Prolab creatine for almost 3 months. I use 20mg a day for the first 5 days. And now I use approx. 5 mg/ day for maintenance stage, mixed with grape juice. It look like everything fine. But I've bad experience about this. I used to have 2 times diarrhoea problem. The first time was happened two months ago. I went to toilet at least 8 - 9 times a day. But I was recovered 2 days later.

Yesterday, I got this problem again. My belly feel bad (not pain but feel like very oily, don't want to eat). This problem was happened approx. one hour after I took creatine. And tonight I got a little bit fever, my forehead is a little hot .

1) Does anybody has similar problem like me ? The last time I don't have fever. OK, maybe I got a cool yesterday. But I don't understand why I have diarrhoea problem.

2) How much juice you use everytime?

3) Did you took creatine with a empty stomach, full or 50% full ?

4) The Prolab creatine does not come with a spoon, how do I know it's 5mg ?

1. Never had that problem myself.

2. I just take it with a normal 250ml or more serving of juice.

3. Take it on empty stomach ideally so it is easier absorbed.

4. A heaped teaspoon is the right quantity!

well, you could just be sick and its has nothing to do w/ the creatine or you might not be getting in enough water. creatine is a cell volumizer and takes water from other parts of your body and uses it for cell volumization. therefore, you will need to get in some extra water when taking creatine. when you get diarrhea it can be a sign of dehydration.

1. I use to get the ****s when I took Cell-Tech, because of the acid it has in it. Read the label and see if there might be something in there that your body does't agree with.
2. With 5g's of Creatine 12oz's is good, try water.
3. Have you tried to eat something before taking it? If yes, did you still get the ****s?
4. It should say on the side what 5g's is....usually it will say 1 well rounded table spoon.
