Can you guys please critique on my protein shake routine since i only take it twice a day. Which of the two routines do you prefer?
1) protein shake 30 mins before workout and another protein shake right after workout
2) protein shake right after workout and another protein shake before the last meal of the day.
If you can only take it twice a day then I'd suggest as post workout to replenish the body (along with fast digesting carbs) and then before bed to sustain your body through the night!
