Philosopher! thank you so much!! that was really helpful post! Lately I have eggs white before I go to bed just to increase protien intake!. My dad and my mom they alway have strong beliefs from where they were raised and came from... and that's why they're never step out of boundery! They always stuck there and can't never get any better! if you know what I mean....I remember one time my dad said if you work out too hard your viens will pop and u die!! My mom used to say if you walk on your handstand chances that your intesting will reverse upside down then you'll die~!! After all these years I've been sucessful breakdancer and bodybuilder(just started last year), and I come realize what they had said were not TRUE!! LOL now I've found that is so rediculous of what they'd said!
Markaveli - In the morning I have no time to eat....I usually have cereal to increase my calories intake in the morning before I hit to the gym , after work out I buy 2 subways with chicken breasts, I divided into four meals through out the day. Each meal I eat I alway have
nitro tech - banana - orange.
at night time I alway to eat before i go to bed or else I'll get hungry through out the night and morning!.

Then I have eggs white scramble but it still raw and wet not fully coook(IF its well cook it will taste sux!). Am I doing right?
SDEWITT - I dont recomended that cause tastes nasty , u have to try out different variation of cooking experiment before you'll find out what taste best for you. Read above post...(that is my quickest to cook by seperate eggs white and eggs yolk a part, then scramble eggs white)
