I was thinking of using GL Combo from islandsupp.. and then taking anabolic xtremes pct stack.

Im about 5'10 give or take and weigh about 180... my diet is pretty solid right now ive been getting good gains the past month, i take AST MultiPro vits, BCAAs, omega3s, grape seed, cranberry, and milk thistle.. im up for any suggestions thanks in advance.

bulk up... eventually to about 200-210

here is my current diet:

meal1 6:15AM- oatmeal w/ protein - 3 eggwhites
meal2 8:00AM- protein shake w/ glutamine

meal3 10:00AM- chicken/turkey sandwich - pb&j - yogurt
meal4 12:00PM- chicken/turkey sandwich - pb&j - banana - glutamine

pre-workout 2-3PM- 1packet pasta - sort of meat
post-workout- protein shake w/ glutamine

meal5- dinner
meal6 9:30PM- weight gainer w/ glutamine


thursday, saturday, and sunday
add muffin for meal 2
add white rice / broccoli and chicken for post-workout


Im doing landscaping during the day then class at night so im busting my ass to get 6-8 meals in, im up for any suggestions

I was use Phera Max (Generic Labz) or Methyl Dx3 (Physical Enahancing Industries) stacked with X-Mass and Mega Zol. Methyl DX3 = Superdrol and Phera Max = Ergomax.
