Sorry bout this... but i just want to know:
1) what does creatine actually do to the body
2) when and what time should i take them? 30 mins before a workout and right after a workout or after a workout meal?
3) how many times a day? is one enough or two?
4) can they be taken alone/ on an empty stomach or without a meal?
