I have been hittin the weights pretty hardcore for the past 8years...I am about 5'8, 185lbs...I have recently hit my peak for the moment on most of my lifts. I can bench 315 8times/deadlift 315 for 5 sets/squat 315 for 5 reps... How can i boost my strenght? My goal is to mix body building with power lifting... I want to know if i taking Prohormones is a good idea?? If so, which ones?? What could i expect from them?? I am just looking for some good hints/advice about how to achieve maximal gains in the gym....

Before pro-hormones I would be tempted to try more conventional methods.
You don't mention anything else about your diet and supplement intake so I'll assume for the minute you are taking none (which I'm guessing is unlikely given those lifts!! :) )

Whey powder for more protein.
Do a cycle of creatine.
Add some more glutamine to your diet.
Maybe try NOS - some people don't rate it - others do. It may be enough to push you through another level.

Also, make sure you are eating enough of everything in your daily diet in general. Depending on your goals, bulking up and increasing your protein and carb intake would probably help too.

Sorry if that was all basic stuff that you knew anyway, but defintely worth working your way up through the supplements first before going the hormone route imo.

On a side note, It looks like you could do with improving your lower back and leg strength to bring it into balance with your chest and upper body strength!
Generally speaking your lower body should be stronger than your upper body, not the other way around! :)

If you wanted to go the non hormone route try this:
Green BUlge (Controlled Labs) - CEE
Lightning (Omega Sports) - DiArginie Malate, Glycerol & R-ALA
SecretaGAIN (iForce) - IGF-1 & GH
Diesel Test (Get Diesel) - Natural Test booster
X-Factor (Molecular Nutrition) - Arachidonic Acid

If you want to take that next step I would go for METHYL DX3 or PHERA MAX stacked with X-MASS
