I take four 2000mg whey protein tablets a day and would like to know when are the best times to take them on a workout day.

Currently i take two tablets 10 mins before my workout and then the other two tablets after my workout along with my whey protein shake. Is this alright? or should i change it to two tablets before a workout then the other sometime after dinner or before going to bed?

By the way, i'm on a bulking cycle.

take in 1 hour to 1/2 hour prior to workout and within 1 hour after. stomach absorbtion is cancelled to an extent whilst strenuous exercise is being performed.
Powder form could possibly be better then tabs as well but that may be up for speculation.

definately ditch the tablets, get the powder and mix with milk for extra calories and protein.

do u mean BCAA tablets cuz whey tablets would seem really stupid especially cuz 2000 mg only equals 20 grams of whey or maybe its 2g?
