guys i have this following stuff but tell me the best way to cook it or make it with milk or what ever you see right..

rise powder "carbs" (uncooked)
soy bean powder "protiens" (uncooked)
weat powder "carbs + protiens" (uncooked)
sipya bone powder "calcuam"
chocolate powder "energy "
oatmeal uncooked
now i wanna mix all together to become one powerfull drink after workouts

and about the uncooked stuff can i make em with milk and drink them uncooked (i guess it ok right) ???

In water, not milk it will inhibit absorbtion of other proteins. Maybe mix in water and add yohgurt for some volume (body). Interesting mix I'll give yoy that bro loool. Many studies show soy Protein is not all that usefull to humans as well but some will disagree.

about soy protiens , i'll try it and see da results but i wanna know shall i cooke it or make it shake with water

what is your reason for making such a concoction? If you really want it for PWO then you should be concentrating on getting your carb sources from higher GI carbs, not oatmeal that is actually low GI and digests slowly.
