not a bad diet cuz. a few things to change however. in the morning your body is coming out of a long rest and needs calories, so add some more egg whites, toast, oatmeal, fruit, milk whatever. you really need to up the kcals in the morning. 4 whole eggs aint cuttin it.

as far as post workout you need to add some sort or simple sugar to the shake. i have ON's protein as well and i add a scoop of tang to it. makes it taste like orange sherbert or somethin like that. after this, about an hour later, you should eat another meal. like chicken and pasta, good choice.

other than that i think its a decent diet. good job adding the oatmeal and protien before bed. good luck

isn't it bad having oatmeal before bed? Thats carbohydrates... and the energy whats not being used will be used for fat?

I have carbs before I go to bed in a bid to help bulk up - if you stay pretty lean generally it won't hurt to do if you're going for extra size! Like U-God says - increase your carbs slowly and eat whenever you can basically!

Why would you add simple sugars, after a workout. Doesn't make any sense.

Just take the whey protein immediatley after you work out, and about an hour or so, eat a meal thats high in protein and carbs.

I say you're not eating enough. You're def. not eating enough at breakfast like GOD said.

7:15 - Try 4 eggs, 1 with yolk, 1 Cup of dry oatmeal, a banana and 2 scoops of whey protein, and your multi-vitamin.

10:00 - Tuna on wheatbread is good, but 1 sandwich is not cutting it. At least 2 sandwiches, 1 cup of brown rice.

2:20 - By 2:20, it's been a 4 hour span since your last meal. PB n J on wheat is just not enough to bulk up. If you want PB sandwich on wheat, thats fine. Use Natural Peanut Butter on wheat bread. Cut out the jelly. However, I say you should eat 6 oz of chicken breast, 2 cups of black beans.

4:20 - PWO shake. Good.

5:20 - Eat a high carb high protein meal. Chicken and pasta is good. I usually like tuna and pasta.

8:20 - If you can you can make this homemade protein shake that Flex gave to me. It has 1000 cals, and should benefit you good. Here's the shake -

16 oz. milk, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 scoops whey protein, and 2 tablespoons of natural peanut butter.

There you go, it's hard to help and give you a eating schedule when I don't know what your funds are or when you can actually eat and etc. If you need anymore help just let me know.

the purpose of adding some sort of quick absorbing cardohydrate after a work out is to replenish your glycogen stores.
