are they good once in a while. I haven't had themf or ages and i cheated my self i had 4 doghnuts. They were cinamin,the ones without the icing thats ok right??

To be honest with you .... after a few months without any junk food and eating 100% completely clean you probably wont miss take away at all.

i dont know if DOGhnuts are on the bodybuidlers grocery list. but donuts taste damn good. i try to hit krispy kreme on my way home everyday.
