from march-june i canīt eat supplements so i really got to put together a mass meal plan and if you guys recomend anything then itīs great to see what u guys think

meal 1:4 whole eggs and orange juice or water
meal 2:icelandic 2X400g- jogurt with 20g of protein and 10g of carbs in 100g
meal3:fish,meat or chicken with rice or potatoes and water
meal4:a shake with eggs,fruits,chokolate to get some taste
meal5:tuna and fruits
meal:6:same as meal 3
meal7:pre-workout meal
meal8:post-workout meal
meal9:cheese b4 bed

Thats a good plan i think i will take it :). But try to not get cheese before bedt because its really fatt try put meal 9 into meal 8 give it time to digest (cottage cheese).

Meal 1 is to little, and there are no complex carbs in it! Oatmeal!

if you're trying to get bigger..shoudnt you have a "mass eating plan" already going...?
supplemtnets are just that...to supplement! you shouldnt be "realying" on them to get bigger

i donīt relay on supplements i only use creatin and protein powder and the pump-tech

all i have to say is eat right but eat, eat, eat and eat somemore.........
i dont have that luxury right now so be happy you can eat that many times a day.
i would kill to be able to eat that much. trust me when i say if you want to grow you need to feed your muscles. there just like anything else they need food to grow.
