from march-june i canīt eat supplements so i really got to put together a
mass meal plan and if you guys recomend anything then itīs great to see what u guys think
meal 1:4 whole eggs and orange juice or water
meal 2:icelandic 2X400g- jogurt with 20g of protein and 10g of carbs in 100g
meal3:fish,meat or chicken with rice or potatoes and water
meal4:a shake with eggs,fruits,chokolate to get some taste
meal5:tuna and fruits
meal:6:same as meal 3
meal7:pre-workout meal
meal8:post-workout meal
meal9:cheese b4 bed
