I started a simple cycle four weeks back and am half way through it. The results have been astounding to say the least. My bodyweight has bumped from 78Kgs to 89.5kgs yesterday and I still have another 4 weeks to go. The best part is the gains have been lean mostly and not just water or fat.
It also proves that U dont need huge amounts of gear to gain huge and just roids alone wont make U gain muscle. In the last 4 weeks I have not missed a single workout or meal. It has brought in a certain dedication that I am never ever going to skip another workout.
The cycle:
Length of the cycle 8 weeks
Weeks 1-8 500mg Test Enathnate/ week
Weeks 1-5 30mg D-bol/ed
Weeks 5-8 50mg Proviron/ed Just to harden up a lil more.
followed by PCT with HCG and Nolva
I havent used Deca in this cycle at all. I plan to give another 6-8 weeks before I start another cycle and consider using Deca then.
Most of my food has been natural. I take in a lot of chicken breasts, Milk, whole eggs, veggies, Wheat Bread and white rice. I do take in some almonds and cashews as a snack. Water intake has been 6-7 litres/day. I supplement with Mutlivitamins, vitamin C, cod-liver oil caps, and evening primerose oil caps.
My post workout drink is usually 750ml fat free milk with 40gms whey protein, 10gms creatine and dextrose.
Been goin good for the past 4 weeks.
Keeping it simple and dedicating yourselves to workout and diet defintely produces results.
