Hi all,

I am a 32 years old man who is going back to the gym. I have never train very seriously . but now after I have seen my belly , I just keep it serious and I am going 3 time a week , and I have a good diet. I 'am seeking for help and advices regarding the use of "gears" for the first time. the most important for me right now is to loss my belly. so I thought about a good fat burner. I am totally lost


1) should I do a cycle for beginner ?

2) what type of cycle would work best ?( needle is out for the moment . so oral would be better)

i am sorry for the sentence and the spelling mistake , but I am french and my english is not very good( spend 45 min to write the post )

Je pense que vous devez attendre d'utiliser des stéroïdes. Entraîner convenablement avec un bon régime pour une année et voir alors où vous êtes. Il y a la solution non rapide ou facile. Il y a assez de bonne information sur le régime et l'exercice sur ce site, me permettre de savoir si vous avez besoin de l'aide avec l'anglais. La bonne chance et les bonnes félicitations sur décide de rentrer dans la forme.

I think you should wait to use steroids. Train properly with a good diet for a year and then see where you are. There is no quick or easy solution. There is plenty of good information on diet and exercise on this site, let me know if you need help with the English. Good luck and congratulations on deciding to get back into shape.

thank you very much for that advice. and also with the french translation wich is much more better than my english!!!!. . I 'll go for the training then. but I am little bit confuse with the kinf of training I should do. in the first time i am looking for mass or strengh , but only for taking my body back to a good shape. should I train heavy or should I focus on the diet?

Essayer un 3 jour un programme de semaine pour le moment avec cardio cinq jours une semaine. J'ai un programme de smple dans la section de journal de bord que je suis, et il travaille bien.

Quant au régime, manger 6 petits repas un jour et essayer et obtient un gramme de protéine par la livre de poids de corps. Essayer et obtenir bon carbs, comme l'avoine, les ignames, etc.

Lire en haut, il y a beaucoup d'information sur ce site !

English:

Try a 3 day a week program for now with cardio five days a week. I have a smple program in the log section that I follow, and it works well.

As for diet, eat 6 small meals a day and try and get one gram of protein per pound of body weight. Try and get good carbs, like oats, yams, etc.

Read up, there is lots of information on this site!

Perhaps a weight loss supp would be better for you than grear at this point

first of all thx for your advices.

here is a little bit of more informations.

32 years old.

Tall : 198 cm.

weight ; 99 Kg

body fat : 47.16 %


I have CV 5 time a week ( jogging , biking)


I trying to put a diet with 5 meal a day , but confuse with the number of calories. proteines, and carbo that should be included.



I am also confuse with any supplement I should add ( creatine , powder?)

any help would be much appreciate.

otherwise 1 friend told me to use cytomel or even clenbuterol , but I don't fell confortable with that after having make rechearch on stero.

hi ,

anyone to check my last post? need help . i don't want to start something if it's wrong.


I've a 3 day training + CV 5 time a week.

6 meals a day ==== 2600 kalories

however i am concern about the ammount of carb , fat , proteine that should be included.

age:32
tall : 188 cm
weigh : 99Kg
fat 49.17%

so far my goal is to loss the belly i've got and if possible to add some muscle mass.

a friend of me told me to use a fat burner cytomel or clenbuterol.

he told me also about a cycle for novice as follow:
week 1
dianabol 20 mg
wk 2
dianabol 30 mg
wk3
dianabol 40 mg
wk4
dianabol 30 mg
wk5
dianabol 20 mg

wk6
clomid 100 mg
wk7
clomid 50 mg
wk8
clomid 50 mg

but what about PCT ?

any advice would be much appreciate
