I've a 3 day training + CV 5 time a week.
6 meals a day ==== 2600 kalories
however i am concern about the ammount of carb , fat , proteine that should be included.
age:32
tall : 188 cm
weigh : 99Kg
fat 49.17%
so far my goal is to loss the belly i've got and if possible to add some muscle mass.
a friend of me told me to use a fat burner cytomel or clenbuterol.
he told me also about a cycle for novice as follow:
week 1
dianabol 20 mg
wk 2
dianabol 30 mg
wk3
dianabol 40 mg
wk4
dianabol 30 mg
wk5
dianabol 20 mg
wk6
clomid 100 mg
wk7
clomid 50 mg
wk8
clomid 50 mg
but what about PCT ?
any advice would be much appreciate
