looking at doing my first cycle

iNeed to know in your opinion what to take for my first Cycle, how much, for how long ect.
Where can I find PCT
Where can I get more info on what ill be taking
I want to do this right so I would really appreciate your help
I’m 6’0 190LBS 21 years old
I’ve been working out for about a year now
And I’m getting stronger but not gaining any size
I’m really getting beat down about it
I try to eat right but when you have a newborn at the house its hard to prepare the right foods
I would like to gain size in my arms and thickness from chest to back
Well im lacking every where it seems like
I need a stable routine like right now im going to try and lift heavy for 3 weeks light for 1
Im just so frustrated!
Anyway if you could help I would greatly appreciate it.

best plan, get a routine and diet plan you can follow, and in 2months ask yourself if your really ready for it, if you cant get your training down or diet, you are ganna be wasting alot of money, and i do mean alot, and not seeing no results

Yes. Great advice. I'd actually say 3-6 months of good diet and training and you can use that time to research what compound you'd like to use.

Use a single compound for your 1st cycle. SOme good choices are.....

Test eth or cyp
EQ
Anavar
Primo

do some research... check steroid profiles, read studies and ask whatever you want. there are now stupid questions only stupid answers....
totally agree with the advise from seekinfo and roccodart440. EQ. Primo, test or deca are good choices. always do you pct. reed the info from clomid and nolva at the steroids profiles page or use those from big cat.

Curious to know why you say primo is ok for a 1st cycle and anavar isn't. Also I disagree with deca solo for a 1st cycle. It IMO should be run with test.

I'd go ten weeks for your 1st cycle.

As far as compounds well that's up to you. The number 1 thing to remeber is don't over dose yourself and use one compound only.

SOme good 1st cycle choices are........

1. Test Eth or Cyp maybe sus
2. EQ
3. Anavar
4. Primo

Buy your Nolva and clomid or just nolva or just clomid from http://research-ology.com/ HCG needs to be bought from a real source. YOu can get more info on what you should, can and will possibly be taking here or at steroidology.com, other variuos boards and of course the net.

IMO your too small and too young to use AAS. But that's your decision. An you haven't been working out long enough.

YOu not eating right, not trainging right or not taking the right OTC supps or a combinatio of those three things.

It's not as hard as your making it. Most of the foods you need to eat take very little prep time at all and basilcly you are looking for high protein, clean and high quanmtity of foods sall thgoough the day.

Give it time. By your age I already had been workinking ouy for 8 years.

Fuck that heavy and light shit. Hammer the fuck out of your body as long as it will take it. How many days a week can you put in and how much time each day? Heacvy and light is somthing you do whe n you are at your natuasral limit, plateu'd, or your body is over fatigued. Somthing that usually happens whne you are older or way over train. Sitching your routine up is much more effective. Light heavy is a recuperation technique nothing more.
