As far as compounds well that's up to you. The number 1 thing to remeber is don't over dose yourself and use one compound only.

Fuck that heavy and light shit. Hammer the fuck out of your body as long as it will take it. How many days a week can you put in and how much time each day? Heacvy and light is somthing you do whe n you are at your natuasral limit, plateu'd, or your body is over fatigued. Somthing that usually happens whne you are older or way over train. Sitching your routine up is much more effective. Light heavy is a recuperation technique nothing more.
