I;m not taking deca at all, and I have had deca in the past but it did not finish it because I was a dumbass and threw it out after one week because I did not see results, well obvisouly it takes more than a week but I didn't understand at the time, now a month ago I received some Primo, and it smells and tastes the same as the deca, I took my fourth shot already and I am still waiting for gains to come, I would be happy if I gained 8 lbs. at the end of the cycle, and I EXPECT to gain at least 6 lbs. so any less and I will be extremely disappointed since this is my first cycle. I am taking 300mg every three days of Primoject form Eurochem labs. I am eating a very healthy diet around 4,000 calories, and primo is a drug where heavy calories is not required. About 220g protein, 120g fat, 400+g carb. Vitamins, Minerals, no supplements. Workout out three times a week, 1 hour each session. |
