we know that DHT is important factor for development of male reproductive organ.
thus by takin gear like D-bol which converts to DHT easily, penis length is actually increases or not. comment

Your penis won't shrivle. Actualy, if injected in male children, steroids WILL make the penis grow considerably. BUT, the penis has a certain limit to the size it can reach, which is naturaly reached at 22~25 years of age, and after that NOTHING, NOTHING will make it grow more.

Your testicles, however, will indeed "shrivle", since they are no longer necessary to produce testosterone. If you do things right, it's a minimal thing, and quickly reverted by the PCT. But if you don't know what you're doing and/or you don't do your PCT properly (or don't do it at all), they could shrink quite a bit and that damage could be permanent (and this will fuck up your entire endocrine system).

Your precious penis does not have anything to do with the actual production of testosterone and therefore it won't grow by using steroids.

No, but testosterone stimulates penis growth (just like it stimulates clitoral growth in women). It doesn't have that effect in adults simply because the penis has grown all it had to grow.

no reallly this is true, i cant remeber where i read it, but basically it just makes your penis reach it full growth length faster the normal, but it doest acually contribute any new size that would have not been there in the first place

Testosterone is the primary cause of penile growth. That's one of the primary functions of the hormone - development of the male genitals for future reproduction. Taking test in an early age speeds up the process, but the genetic limit can't be changed by steroids.
